一、学生情况分析

1、了解学困生心理，建立师生感情。
2、尊重、理解、宽容、善待学困生。
3、借助小组力量感染学困生。
4、家庭的配合是学困生转化的外部条件，通过与家长联系及时与家长相互沟通，交流信息。
五、学优生教学措施
英语是一门交际工具，是一门实践性很强的课程，大量反复地训练对学优生来说会很快产生学习上的疲倦，不利于他们的学习激情。所以我制定了相应的措施。
1、活跃课堂气氛，为学优生量身定制难度稍大的符合课文内容的材料。
